Hi Anil,

Just wanted to say "thank you" for arranging our trip to India which ran very smoothly. We had a wonderful time in your country and will actively promote your company with our friends and family. We will be looking to book our holiday to Kerala with you.
Is there any news on the refund of the airfare for the Simla to Delhi flight. We gave Vijay the e-ticket confirmation which was stamped as cancelled by the airport official.

Regards

Jenny and David Orr

Dear Anil,

Many thanks for arranging the travel itinerary which my wife and I enjoyed immensely. I have already recommended a colleague of mine, Stefan Kwiatkowski, to contact you in case you can help with some local arrangements when he arrives in India in a few weeks time.

Thanks and Best Regards,
Roy

Subject: Our India Trip

Hi Anil.

India was fascinating and we your tour was extremely well organized. Here are our comments:

1. Every time we traveled we were very happy with they way things worked out.The people meeting us and taking us to the various destinations were always on time, and always made it easy for us. All of the drivers were excellent and we particularly liked Nagar. This is very important for someone traveling far from home, and we think you excelled in this area.

2. We were very happy with all the hotels except for the Ideal Tower. We generally travel three star boutique to four star in our country, but decided to be cautious in India and to travel four star, five star. One reason was because we noticed, when we were reading all the Internet reviews, that most Indian hotels rated themselves higher (sometimes two stars higher) than the official travel reviews. Since we generally like boutique hotels, even though we were a little worried before we got there, we very much liked the Shervani and its staff (and we were upgraded to a suite, which was very nice). We thought the neighborhood and the shopping bazaar near the Shervani were terrific. But we also liked all the other hotels.

3. As Barbara noted in her recent message to you, the guides were generally very good, and were very nice, although there was a wide variation between the best and the worst. Furthermore, the forts, temples, ruins and other sites that we toured were well worth seeing. Indeed we very much liked Orcha - we had originally wanted to eliminate Orcha, but you convinced us to go, and we were glad you did. Your tour sites were well chosen.

4. The Ideal Tower was dirty, particularly the fourth floor hallway where our room was located. Our room was only a little better. The hot water in the two rooms did not work the first night and the refrigerator did not work in either room. There was no business center. While some of the younger, less experienced employees were very nice, overall the staff at this hotel were the worst we had the entire trip. They were generally (but not always) very unhelpful. As you know, someone broke into and rifled through Barbara's suitcase; fortunately she did not leave anything valuable in her suit case when we went on our tour, so nothing was stolen. However, this made the broken lock in the room more worrisome, but when she asked the hotel to fix the lock, the hotel refused despite the fact that it would not take more than ten or fifteen minutes to fix the lock. The representative from the local travel company ended up spending four hours at the hotel just to get them to give Barbara and Nancy another room. Even then, I think the hotel tried to charge more money, despite the fact that they downsized Barbara and Nancy's room, so they ended up getting a worse room than they had paid for. Nancy tried to cash a travelers check to change some currency, but the desk refused to accept the travelers check, claiming that Nancy's signature did not look like Nancy's signature (and despite the fact that she gave them a passport with her picture and it was totally clear that Nancy was Nancy). Call it what you want - if this is a four star hotel, it is the worst four star hotel we have ever stayed in, and is actually worse than most of the three star hotels we have experienced. The Ideal Hotel, fortunately, was the only major complaint we had with the entire trip, and the other parts were so good that they more than made up for the problems at that hotel.

Thank you very much for all the information you provided to us prior to our trip, all of the options you discussed with us, and your willingness to continually answer our questions. That is very important to most travelers and makes your itinerary and tour more attractive. We also thought we got very good value for the cost of the trip - the amount you charged us was very reasonable and we are glad that we did business with you. We wish you the best of luck in the future, and would be willing to give you a good recommendation to anyone who asks.

Best regards,
Paul and Judith Samson.

Nemaste Anil, I am really missing your incredible India. I wanted to tell you that with the exception of the problems at Ideal Tower ( which I hope you won't patronise again ) the trip was exceptionally well put together and your staff operated professionally with-out a problem.

I hope to travel back to India many times in the months and years to come. It is a vast country and there is much to see there. Not to mention Nepal and Kashmir. I hope you will keep me informed about upcoming ideas for other central Asian journeys.

Your guides which I know that you contract independently were for the most part very good. All courteous and accommodating with, however, varying degrees of expertise. Agra and Vinet were most exceptionally great. Indu in Orcha was wonderful. The Trident was very beautiful and the service was superb. The Radisson at Kajuraho was not the most commodeous but the service was fine. I really think the Shervani was a find! And the neighborhood wonderful for self exploration of modern Delhi.

The guide at Kajuraho was very knowledgeable however alittle lengthy in explanation, but perhaps just very anxious to impart his expertise of a place he truly loves. Dave was alittle week in Jaipur and Amit in Varanasi really wasn't very well versed but very accommodating. I did love that city and wish to spend more time there and along the Ganges in general. He probably will do better with more experience or he'll find another line of work.

Thank you so much for all your behind the scenes work. It was a pleasure working with you. I hope to see you and travel in your country in the future. Feel free to use me as an honest recommendation source, if you wish, here in the southeastern U.S. Much luck to you and your country.

Barbara Negelow

Dear Mr Anil,

We would like to thank you for the perfect organization of our trip in India. We cameback twenty days ago and we are still talking
about the trip, together and with all our friends. The driver and the escort were very qualified and the hotels were all that we could have hoped for. The itinerary gave us the possibility to see marvelous monuments with sufficient time but also the local life.

Thank you very much again for this unforgettable trip.

We will reccommend you and your agency to anyone who wishes to go to India.

Yours sincerely
Ludovica and Mauro Talarico and children

Anil

I have not had the opportunity to thank you for your help planning my trip as I have been on the go ever since.

Agra was amazing, I was able to take a tour that allowed me to see all 3 major sites. Sorry for the back and forth but I really wanted to express my gratitude to you for your understanding and assistance.

Thank You!

Shamir

Dear Anil,

One week has passed since we left India and every minute of that trip is still alive in my mind. Thank you very much for your organization. Everything was perfect and I shall suggest Indovision to my friends for future trips. However I have a couple of remarks that I hope will help you to improve your already very good services: I would never suggest the Broadway Hotel to any of my friends, especially because of its location ( very good restaurant though). Some of the drivers had very poor English which made the communication sometimes difficult. The driving between Jaipur and Agra was the scariest of my life. I really thought I would be killed on that road! Is it supposed to be like that or can drivers be a little more careful in the difficult traffic of India? And finally, a word for Kant Hotel who had very helpful staff but dirty-looking bath towels ( they were grey, not white).

In spite of these little remarks everything else was according to my expectations. I am an Art Historian and a tourism guide in my country. If any time you need anything from me, please feel free to ask.
Again thank you very much for your kindness and good services.

With my very best regards,
Ana Paula Oliveira

Dear Anil.

We had a very good holiday and thank you for arranging it for us. We managed to buy lots of things for our shop here in England and make some good contacts as well.

Please thank Gopal for us he proved an excellent driver and very patient on our shopping trips. The only small thing was the weather we had not expected it to be so cold, we will come earlier next time.

All best wishes from Sue and myself,

Bonjour Anil,

Bien cordialement

Hi Anil,

How is everything going at la India? I hope everything is great!

I know it is little late, but I have been busy, any way I want to tell you that we really enjoyed the trip, besides that we needed to hurried due the Taj Majal close day, everything was great, including for sure that we were able to see the Taj thanks that you were aware of the situation. We liked the hotels, (not the second one at New Delhi but we knew it was because was not programmed) but the others we really enjoyed, overall the one at Gwailor, it is more than beautiful.

Also the driver Copal was really nice, polite and good driver, he proved the last when he droved at high ways at NIGTH!, he was a scary experience, but he was very cleaver.

Thanks for everything and for sure I won’t doubt on recommend you as soon as I know some one is traveling to India. You really deserve it.

Take care.

And, by the way, where is located this palace that is attached? You should recommend it, is really beautiful, unfortunately I didn’t knew about it before.

Regards,
