Dear Indovisiontours-Team-Members,
meanwhile
my friend and I are back in our cold and winter-grey
home country Germany. Our three weeks in Rajasthan
was a very impressing time and our memories are
full of warm and bright colours, marvellous architecture,
comfortable hotels in nice sceneries and friendly
people. Anil, our driver, gave us an absolute
comfortable feeling during the whole period
of time. If he had spoken English more fluently,
our trip would have been perfect.
All
together indovisiontours did a good job and we
are very satiesfied with what we had.
Thank
you and good-bye
Konstanze Burger und Lore Hueser from Germany

Hi Anil
Yes, we really enjoyed our tour though my mother
was not very well for most of the time in Rhajastan.
She had bronchitus and therefore found it all a
bit exhausting and was quite ill by the time we
got back.
So.. we liked Nando our driver very much and we
liked most of the places we stayed in apart from
the one in Jaipur which was dreadful and I think
we should have had our money back on the second
night, but we loved the Alsisar Havelli and would
have liked more places like that. The hotels in
Bikaneer and Udaipur were lovely places in fantastic
settings and the rooms were very comfortable but
not quite my cup of tea decorating wise but you
can't have everything and they were lovely staff
in both places and on beautiful lakes.
Pushkar was great, the Royal Desert Camp was very
nice and incredibly well organised, lovely food
and nice tents.
Dungapur was absolutely gorgeous and very relaxing
with a beautiful pool and lovely rooms and you felt
like you were guests of the house.
But generally everything was lovely just a shame
my mum felt so poorly and couldn't enjoy it as much
as she might have.
So thankyou for all your help and I hope we were
not too badly behaved as clients.
Best Wishes,
Annabel Grey

We had a great time and all your arrangements went
perfectly. We really appreciated the extra effort
you went to when we arrived a bit early to get us
on an earlier flight out.
Many thanks - I will be recommending you to others
and hope to use you again one day.

Dear Mr Yadav
We have just returned to the UK from India and
would like to comment on our Golden Traingle and
UdaipurTour.
We are extremely pleased with the way the tour
was organised. Everything went according to the
arrangements made by you. It is our first tour
of the
North of India and with the help of your guides
it has been a fascinating experience. The hotels
booked were also satisfactory. We would
also like to make a special mention that Mr Balbir
Singh our driver was extemely helpful throughout
the tour.
Thank you every much for arranging the tour. We
will certainly recommend it to our friends.
Yours sincerely
Mr & Mrs Machendra Nath, Sabena & Neroy

Dear Anil,
As promised, I am sending feedback on our trip
around India.First, may I say how much we enjoyed
it and how impressed we were by your services,
especially as our booking was rather late. Everything
went extremely smoothly and we were delivered
and/or met at every stage of our travels. This
turned a fairly hectic schedule into a highly
enjoyable experience.
Hotels:
Hotel Marina, Delhi Very central location and
more than adequate accommodation. Service was
good and food quite good (except for breakfast).
Shilpi Resort, Udaipur Beautiful location and
resort. Service was pretty poor and the food was
average. This was a very good choice if one could
not have a lakeside location.
Royal Desert Camp Surprisingly comfortable and
the food was quite good. Rather a long way from
the town but this did make the place blissfully
quiet.
Narain Niwas Palace Wonderful hotel with lovely
gardens and swimming pool. We had very little
running water in our bathrooms but this did not
seem to matter. Good service and good food.
Tiger Moon Resort Very attentive staff and good
food. Very convenient for the national park and
much quieter than staying in the town.
Howard Park Plaza Comfortable but soulless. Very
noisy at night because of a wedding taking place
until the early hours of the morning.
Holiday Inn, Agra Still soulless but the staff
were much more pleasant and the food was quite
good.
Holiday Inn, Kajuraho This was the best of the
modern hotels with very pleasant helpful staff
and good food.
Hotel Clarks, Varanasi The hotel is slightly faded
but we had wonderful (huge) rooms and the service
was excellent. The food was very good, especially
the breakfast.
Hotel Dee Marks, Delhi This was the one hotel
that was really awful. The staff were rude (especially
the management) and they tried to cheat us in
several ways on the bill. Our rooms were bleak
and the air conditioning did not work in either
of them. We only had breakfast here and that was
pretty poor.
Indovisions / Associates Services
We were met or contacted at every stage of our
tour and the organisation was faultless. There
was a slight problem in Agra because we were checked
in to The Howard
Park Plaza instead of The Holiday Inn only to
discover at lunchtime the following day that we
could not stay there for a second night. There
were complications over our laundry but, after
several telephone calls, it was eventually delivered
to the Holiday Inn later that evening.
Transport
The drivers were excellent, especially Sunda Singh
(not sure of spelling) who was with us for more
than ten days. All internal flights and the train
journey went very well, even though there was
a query up to the last minute as to whether or
not we would be able to fly from Kajuraho to Varanasi.
The guides were generally very good we
got on particularly well with the ones in Udaipur
and Kajuraho.
Although this was a whistle stop tour, we both
enjoyed visiting India immensely. Thank you so
much for organising our trip so well.
Ever, George

Dear Mr. Yadav,
We have returned from India already a few weeks
ago and so far not expressed our gratitude for
the wonderful organization of the whole tour.
Everything went to our perfect satisfaction, you
have supplied very good accommodation,in each
of our heritage hotel we were happy.
Balbir Singh was our driver, we could not have
a better one. Please pass on our kindest regards
and tell him, that we still often think of him
and his kind and friendly way of travelling with
us. His manner of driving the car was secure and
he helped us a lot on this tour. He has done a
perfect job and I would like to recommend him
to any other tourist. We hope that he is fine.
For your help and organization thank you again
very much. I would recommend your company to anyone,
who needs a tour in India to be
organized.
All the best to you, Balbir Singh and kind regards
from Berlin,
yours
Monika Fogt, Gesine Bottomley and Christine Kloehn

Hello
Anil
I
have just been putting all our photographs together
and we keep on talking and talking and talking
about our wonderful trip to India. It was so much
more than we had ever imagined.
The
people and the sites were all just so amazing.
All your organization worked out so well, and
we were just so thrilled with all the drivers
and guides. You must say a special hello and thank
you to Shree he was our driver for 10 days and
we really enjoyed his company and were amazed
how he kept so cool in all the crazy traffic.
We also had a wonderful guide in Jodhpur, by the
name of Mehandra we really loved his time with
us, and he took us to three wonderful places on
the jeep tour to the Bishnoi villages and we met
such lovely people.
The
hotels were out of this world and In Udaipur we
were upgraded to a room with its own swimming
pool we felt like film stars. We have never been
treated to royally in our lives, all the hotel
staff were wonderful and took care of our every
need.
So
thank you and all the talking and emails were
worth every moment. I will definitely pass on
your name to any of my friends who want to visit
India.
Best
wishes
Glenis
